## Standard managed website

- Price: $99 USD per month
- Billing: Month to month through Stripe
- Upfront design fee: $0 for the standard plan
- Page scope: One custom, conversion-focused local-business page
- Preview policy: Review a tailored website direction before deciding whether to subscribe
- First direction: Usually within 2–3 business days after confirmed details
- Pre-launch revisions: Up to two revision rounds

- Basic technical SEO

### Not included

Large multi-page sites, e-commerce, custom booking software, advanced SEO campaigns, paid advertising, complex integrations, and major redesigns require a separate written quote.

### Ownership, buyout, and cancellation

The standard subscription is a hosted license while active. Customers retain ownership of their business name, logos, photos, and materials they provide.

After six consecutive paid months, an account in good standing may buy out the approved static website for a one-time $499 fee. Six monthly payments total $594; with the buyout fee, the total paid before transfer is $1,093.

The handoff includes the approved static source, customer-provided assets in the provider's possession, basic handoff notes, and reasonable transfer assistance. It excludes managed hosting, SSL, analytics history, form or lead-delivery infrastructure, Stripe configuration, third-party accounts or licenses, future edits, maintenance, and ongoing support. The customer must arrange replacement hosting and reconfigure excluded services.

Future renewal billing can be cancelled through Stripe or support. The hosted site may be unpublished after the paid period. The managed subscription ends after a completed buyout handoff unless otherwise agreed in writing.
