Customer Onboarding Checklist

Use this checklist after claiming a preview or starting a 99 Dollar Websites subscription.

Please send

• Business name exactly as you want it displayed.
• Owner/manager contact name, email, and phone.
• Business address, service area, and hours.
• Logo and any photos you want used.
• Main services and any services you do not want listed.
• Preferred domain name and registrar/DNS provider if you already own a domain. We will use delegated access or give you the exact DNS records to enter.
• Any required disclaimers, licenses, warranty notes, or financing/payment notes.

Launch process

1. We review your claim/payment and requested edits.
2. We update the preview with confirmed details.
3. You use up to two revision rounds to approve the page.
4. We connect the domain or launch the approved website.
5. We keep hosting, analytics, daily source backups, and one basic monthly content-update request active while your subscription is paid.

Email the business details and approved assets to [email protected]. Never email passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, or full account credentials.
