The standard service is billed monthly through Stripe. The subscription covers website hosting, basic edits, and ongoing maintenance for the active month.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing. Your website may be unpublished or transferred depending on the arrangement and account status.

Refunds

Because the service includes setup, hosting, and maintenance work, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun or the service period is active. If there is a billing mistake or duplicate charge, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Failed payments

If payment fails, Stripe may retry billing. Service may be paused, unpublished, or cancelled if payment remains unresolved.

Domain names and third-party costs

Domain registration, third-party software, premium assets, or other external costs may be non-refundable if already purchased or committed.
