Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for 99 Dollar Websites subscriptions.

Monthly subscription

The standard service is billed at $99 per month plus applicable tax through Stripe. The subscription covers website hosting, basic edits, and ongoing maintenance for the active month.

Cancellation

You can manage billing securely in Stripe to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel at the end of the current billing period. You can also request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal billing. Your hosted website remains available through the paid service period and may be unpublished afterward.

Optional static-site buyout

After six consecutive paid months—defined as six consecutive full-price qualifying monthly payments that have been collected—an account in good standing may request the optional $499 static-site buyout described in the Website Service Agreement. The six qualifying payments plus the buyout fee total $1,093 excluding applicable tax. Ownership transfer requires a separate signed assignment. The buyout fee is separate from monthly service and becomes non-refundable after the signed handoff begins, except for a billing mistake or duplicate charge.

Refunds

Because the service includes setup, hosting, and maintenance work, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun or the service period is active. If there is a billing mistake or duplicate charge, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Failed payments

If payment fails, Stripe may retry billing. Service may be paused, unpublished, or cancelled if payment remains unresolved.

Domain names and third-party costs

Domain registration, third-party software, premium assets, or other external costs may be non-refundable if already purchased or committed.
