Billing and cancellation

Manage billing securely in Stripe to update a payment method, view invoices, or cancel at the end of the current billing period. You can also email support if you need help.

What to include

• Your business name.
• Your preview or live website URL.
• The best contact email and phone number.
• A clear list of requested changes.
• Any logo, photo, hours, service, or domain information needed.

Typical requests

• Update business hours, phone, or address.
• Add or remove services.
• Replace copy, images, or logo.
• Connect a domain.
• Ask about billing or cancellation.

Included monthly update

The standard plan includes one basic content-update request per month, generally up to 30 minutes of work. A request may cover a small set of related changes such as hours, phone, service-list, or copy replacements. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Expected turnaround

Matthew normally replies within two business days. Once an included request is clear and all needed material is available, it is normally completed within three business days. Larger changes require review and separate written pricing before work begins.
